Beginning August 1st 2023 All clients are required to provide credit card details at the time of booking
Cancel for free up to 48 hours ahead, otherwise you will be charged 50% of the service price for late cancellation or 100% for not showing up
If you are 15 minutes or more late for your appointment we mav need to reschedule as it could interfere with another booking and we want to respect all clients and our time.
I understand that life happens and sometimes we need to cancel or reschedule our appointment together due to emergencies.
